- The length of curtains may have a variation of up to 1 inch, attributable to their hand-cut and sewn nature.
- Panels exceeding the fabric roller width will include seams.
For example, custom flat panels higher than 102 inches will have a seam. - Orders are shipped free of charge and typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

How to track the order
Once order was picked up by carrier, our system will send you email to advise carrier and tracking number. You may visit carrier offical website to mornitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make appointment of delivery time. You can track your oder here.

Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 24 hours (workday) of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after production begins is not acceptable.
Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.
